Step 1.
Download and complete the Wizard Network Application Form.
Step 2.
Submit your completed Network Application Form to orders@wizardscreens.com.
Step 3.
Wizard reviews all dealer applications.
Step 4.
Wizard will consult with you over the phone.
Step 5.
Wizard approves you to join if your business meets the requirements* including approved credit.
Requirements:
Registered Business including EIN
Contractor’s License (as required by state and federal regulations)
General Liability Insurance ($1million)
Approved Credit
